Greg Thomas, CEO, SpaceNews, Inc., Former COO, Inside Communications, Inc.

Andy Pemberton’s contribution to Inside Communications as the Interactive Director and then Publisher of VeloNews is significant. His knowledge of the business, strategic initiatives, and intensity of focus to succeed and improve the business are exceptional. Andy is very easy to work with and shows the right amount of confidence and leadership. He challenges others when they need to be challenged but otherwise is a great motivator to the team. His approach to management allows the team to be extremely successful. He knows when to ask the appropriate questions, but otherwise is very independent and capable at running the business and selling the opportunities he has developed. His laser focus on current issues and thoughts on future opportunities is the key to success in any business. Our working relationship was exceptional. I would without question if given the opportunity work with Andy in the future and highly recommend him. His work ethic, initiative, and desire to succeed make him an extremely valuable team member.
